The jigsaw pattern of a town has always fascinated me.
Mitzie has always been fascinated by the jigsaw pattern of a townscape and particularly enjoys the higgledy piggledy shapes of buildings with their strong verticals, horizontals and trapeze shapes.
Figures contrast with the permanence of the buildings and add a spontaneous and playful effect.
